Danny Diliberto??

Just wondering if anyone knows his whereabouts? A friend of mine has passed away unexpectedly and it made me come to realize how short this life can be! I've been working a 7 days a week now for over 2 yrs and I've kinda let my game go and have always said someday I'll take some lessons from some of my idols! My #1 idol is and will always be the Grady:( and I didn't take the opportunity to go:(

But after a long hard look at my own life, I've realized #1 I will never make it out of the B level! #2 I want to take some lessons with my idols! #3 life is way to short!!!

Pool has done so much for me emotionally! I've been blessed to be able to run a rack or 2 in my life! And now I just want to be able to spend a few hrs with some of the legends! I heard he's a very good teacher and in no way am I expecting to get any better, but more just to get a true legends point of view on the game!

If anyone knows his location, please let me know!

Very nice post and gesture. More should follow in your footsteps. I wish Ray Martin was close for some lessons on straight pool. But, too far from me .

You'll find Danny in Buffalo. I was a regular where he's the house pro at Classic Cue billiards. I was just chatting with him ast week before I moved to Texas.
 
I stopped in Buffalo, and met Danny at the Classic Cue. I played one pocket with him for about 2 hours. He changed my one pocket game, and inspired me to learn the game. Now I can hold my own. He also is a real nice guy, I walked from the truck stop to the pool room and he would not let me walk back. Thanks Danny and good luck with the lessons.
 
Along with Billy Incardona, Danny is scheduled to be a commentator at the Accu-Stats "Make It Happen" 8-Ball Invitational in November.

Danny was supposed to travel to Jersey for Accu-Stats with a good friend of mine. When I hear from him, I'll try to update the thread.

Ray Martin lives in Raleigh, NC. now. He's at the "Brass Rail" billiard room almost every day.

I recently saw Danny at the turning stone classic. He was there in the stands on Saturday talking in the action. I'm reading his book now and hope to see him in Jersey at the 8 ball invitational. I love the guy's commentary on dvd. He is a real talent.
