Anyone know what the key is for dating TAD cues?

If the cue is stamped 2487 under the bumper, what would that mean?

#2208 was made in 2002 based on a thread here a few yrs ago.

They started in 70's sometime. That number is probably in the ballpark. I msg'd j&j and they don't have records but said about 10yrs ago on the 2487.

You posted in a similar thread 4 years ago. Ghostball said TAD makes around 100 cues a year and his 13xx was made in 1993. That would roughly put yours at 2004-2005 ballpark.

Found an old ad for #213. Said he started in '63.

He started with serial numbers in 1978. Logo started in 1983. He built cues for quite awhile before serial numbers. I have two from the 60s and one from the 70s all of which are pre-serial number.
