Thoughts?
Why isn't Woodward playing twice is the first thing that comes to mind.

They may be saving him for Day 3 to recuperate some points? He seems to be their hidden weapon. I love that Bergman is playing twice though, and Dechaine playing twice over Rodney playing twice is a good idea, Dechaine handled the pressure extremely well yesterday and got unlucky, not much you can do with Neils when he's playing perfect and some rolls.

Haha yeah an o/u bet on length of time for that match would be a fun bet. Although Shaw is a huge favorite, I feel like that is a good match for Morris as he is playing someone that shoots with the same pace as himself. An upset would be a huge point for team USA.

Bill you either a true optimist or the ganja in Co. is better than advertised. I just don't see the same outcome. Hope i'm wrong and you're right.

I feel like Rodney is a total liability. He looked so careless yesterday and performed quite poorly. If something does not change, we may be in trouble. Gotta gives props to the Justin and Sky. They looked really composed. There still plenty of hope! Hope we turn it around today and Shane and Dechaine play like they are capable of doing.

Hate to knock RM but i gotta agree. He looks like he's just there to get his check. Today is CRITICAL if the U.S. wants to even get a whiff of the Cup.
 
Rodney's game is still in the 90s. Based on instinct and nothing else. And talks way too much during the match causing confusion to his team mates. Sometimes suggesting ridiculous options. Absolutely dreadful player.

Bergman was the best player on Day 1, not Woodward., so I'm a little surprised that Bergman didn't get the nod twice. Just as yesterday, we'll live or die with SVB, who leads off and plays in the final match of the day. Those are the two most critical matches of any Mosconi session.

If you're a Skyler fan, you shoul be delighted to see him in the day's opening match, which could set the tone for the day.

I agree Bergman was the best. He is playing twice. I was just wondering why Woodward and Bergman weren't playing the singles. Guess everyone has to play once in the first three matches.
