Dcc 2009 videos with Blackjack Commentary

BlackJack mentioned this in another thread, but i think this deserves its own thread. Many of you have profited from listening to Blackjack's analysis of runs, patterns, etc.


You now have an opportunity to hear him for a long time talking about some runs of John Schmidt and Corey Deuel at the 2009 Dcc Straight Pool Challenge. I have already ordered mine and suggest you do the same to help support straight pool and help your game.

These Blackjack enhanced videos from the 2009 Derby City Classic Straight Pool Challenge are much better than the raw vids I have been posting.

With these, Blackjack has added his expert commentary and discussion about patterns and why the player is doing what he is doing. Much more educational and they deserve our support. :thumbup:

I wouldn't say they are better, they have on screen scoring and commentary. The dvd's I have are from 2008 and 2009 Derby City, not 2010. Dennis and I are clarifying this because somebody believed that they purchased a John Schmidt DVD of a run that was available online for free. That is not the case. The videos Dennis is posting to Vimeo are from last year, and those videos are just the raw footage. There are no plans to add commentary or scoring to those videos, so watch them and enjoy - but also support the DCC Straight Pool Challenge and buy a DVD!
