Long slow grindy 1P is cool, up table games are my favorite to watch or play, even I get bored with 1 ball 1P.
It’s a special game, it has the least amount of balls pocketed of any game in any cue sport. Have to switch to billiards to see less balls pocketed. That’s pretty special lol.
Unless you have the farm bet twice on one ball 1P it’s painful, hell it might be painful while winning a new farm.
There’s not much action around here. At 3am the “action” room was crickets. Truck and Omega each had a set going. That was it.
Seems like ever since the “go to bed so I can do yoga in the morning milk drinkers”
invaded pool, things changed……all constantly talking about fatigue. The commentary is primarily about player fatigue. What ever…….

to me, some of those players in old pool videos looked ‘extra-bouncy’ while being ‘super-accurate.’
Chemical warfare is the best way I've ever heard described. At the old Derby I watched a very well known player at the time take a pill out of his pocket, place it on the rail, crush it up, and snort it. And he did it as casually as anyone else would drink a beer.
It's like the first 20 moves of chess. Same break, same return, same return to the return.
Very true...I can definitely understand someone finding it boring.
Here is the one thing I think would make it more watchable. You DON'T lose if it goes in any other pocket besides the one your opponent has.
Problem is the action streamers stream what is being played. They aren't in the finding players to match up business. Maybe they have agents/touts that are looking for games i really don't know. My point is the streamers don't generally have much say in what/who is played. If a hi-$$ 1b/1p match comes up then they're probably gonna show it. I hate watching it too. Rather watch snails fk to be honest.
