DCC coverage lacking

I can't remember there being a year where there is so little coverage either action, winners, stories, etc.

Nothing in the DCC section, very little in the action section, and same in the main section.

What's going on down there?
 
There seems to be plenty going on down there. I think part of it is that the hotel charges for their wi-fi so people aren't posting about stuff as much. I know the last thing I wanted to do was post about stuff via my droid because typing a lot on it can be a *****.
 
Derby City coverage...

I heard that half the poolplayers staying at the hotel there were asked to
leave Saturday night. I don't know what their problem is there but I think
they should consider moving this annual tournament to a more hospital venue that at a minimum does not charge for wi-fi to their long-distance
out of town guests!
 
They may charge for Wi Fi, but who doesn't have internet on their phone anymore? It takes KB not MB to make a post to the forum.

Doing a post is a pain I get it, but some of the best posts have been short.

Yes I have been looking at that and I enjoy Red's posts, but there is not much there now. For laptop users who are updating a blog that may be tough with no free wi fi He does have some good short tweets which you can do from any phone.

I don't have internet on my phone as a matter of fact we even have texting blocked. lol
 
Brent, they have rooms.

Jeanette gave Dippy 11-5'in 1 hole for dime and a half (15 cents????) a game. Dippy pulled up one game stuck due to not wanting to be in the same room as Tony Coleman. Dippy was very vocal about his disgust with
Coleman.

As of 3am, they were still looking for another venue as JJ was giving 9-8, 4-ahead to Ritchie. Jeremy was 2- up when I left but Ritchie is a bulldog.

Lots of small action this year.
