Wanted to get all of your thoughts on a great forward balance cue that you would recommend. Thanks for replying.

My new Carolina Custom is forward balanced and hits awesome...of course, I got it 60 inches with a SS 5/16 x 14, so that probably had a lot to do with it. Trevor Donahue will work with you to get it exactly like you want at a price you can't beat anywhere, and you won't have to wait a year or more to get it. I highly recommend them!

What do you consider forward balanced? Need to know many inches from the but or tip the balance is.

The Arnot (798) that I just got has a balance point 19 1/4" from the but. It is 58 1/2" long, and weighs 19 oz. I am pleased with it. I still need about 11 more hrs of playing time before I post a full review. I wouldn't exactly call this forward balanced if you look at the poll in the main section on balance points. You may have to use a search. It is one of the quietest cues I have ever seen. It has very little lateral vibration. Before ordering a cue from any cuemaker make sure to ask them about the general playing characteristics of their cues. It may help you decide on who to order from.

Layani all the way!!!

Most forward balanced cues ever are Layani pool cues. With his joint configuration, all his cues are very forward balance. His cues also play like no other on the planet earth.Takecare

IMO the best hitting cue made just happens to be forward balanced...

Mike Bender

Bender cues play so freaking good. I've owned 20 or so different cue makers cues to try and find the perfect cue (for me), and Bender is the one.

Forward balanced, flat faced joints, and big pin (3/8 14).

Do your self a favor and get one, you will never regret it.

PM me if you ever want Mikes #.

Bender Ques

There is no doubt he makes a terrific cue, he might be a bit out of my price range. Thanks for the insight though.

There is a really nice used Bender in the for sale section within you price range. A heck of a cue for the price.
