Dennis searing brazilian rosewood 1/2 joint

Bump for the perfect cue! If I had a chance to order a cue from Dennis it would look just like this. The new owner is a very lucky person. I hope to get this cue some day.

Cue fund already commited for the next 24 months (6 new from makers) or so.

I wish you liked Sugar....

Good Luck Sir,
Chris

to page 10 in 24 hrs....WOW. Back up to page 1...well for 15 or 20 minutes anyways.

I just was fortunate to spend some time with a Searing and......it's all that. The hype is fully deserved.

I spent quite a bit of time going over every inch of the cue and I couldn't find anything that even came close to a flaw.

Then later I got to play some with it. Yeah, hit is subjective. What I feel you may not.

But for me the Searing I tried, Will Prout's new one, was magical.

That's all I want to say about it - I have ZERO clue about pricing but all I can say is that whoever owns a Searing that hits anywhere close to the one I got to shoot with will have something priceless in my opinion.

Yep Same with mine Dennis takes his time and does it right!I spent $2000 more than this for mine,If I had the money this one would be mine too!

Middle of the week bump time..orrrrr for those in the adult entertainment industry hump day bump.

Hello all,

As the title states we have a phenom from flo rida with 4 points of brazilian rosewood into a killer birdseye maple forearm with the famed stainless steel 1/2 joint born on July 18th 2004. The shafts are 12.9 and 12.8. mm. The cue weighs 19.2 oz. 1 shaft is ding free and the other shaft has 1 very small ding. The forearm has 1 finish ding the size of the tip of a bic pen that does not go into the wood. The butt has 1 finish ding the same size as the one in the forearm and there is 2 small finish chips where the butt cap rounds off the size of half a grain of rice. The ring at the joint has raised a little (can be felt but not visually noticeable). Usually happens with a cue that was built in humidity and ends up in the desert. But besides that the finish is in great shape. Ivory ferrules and ivory dashes on the shaft rings and joint ring as well as in the joint protectors. I have seen very few searings for sale on here and even fewer with matching JP's. They weren't cheap but quality never is and i think they were worth it. Ivory hoppe ring in butt with the trademark and leather wrap in perfect condition. And the most important part...Bryan mordt of BCM cues put it on his lathe and said it's as straight as any cue he has ever seen. I am very anal so i am being as descriptive as possible as i don't want there to be any surprises or disappointments to the purchaser of this cue. But if you like searings or want to try out a fine precision billiard instrument then you will NOT be disappointed. Pics below

So there you have it. And to answer the question i've already gotten from a few via PM as to why??? I have 3 cues...I drew straws...and this guy came up short...J/K. As my life gravitates further away from pool therefore giving me less time to play it makes no sense to have multiple cues + i agree with dennis's feelings RE: his cues. He makes them to be played, not to gather dust in a collection or case (No offense to the collectors out there :)) Looking for $4750 or near offer. Will ship to anywhere in the contigious U.S.of A. No trades as i am looking to subtract at this time. Sorry for those in other countries interested but with all the ivory in this cue the risk is IMO not worth it. If an overseas buyer really wants the cue I'd be willing to ship it to somone they know here in the states and then that person could ship it to you if you wish. Payment via bank wire transfer as the buyer i'm guessing would prefer the $15 bank fee vs. the limp you will have for a week with a paypal fee in the $200 range. Thanks for viewing and feel free to post or PM with any questions you may have.
