dennis searing

Man, he does some beautiful work.
I don't think I will ever regret getting on his list.

I normally balk when I see rounded edges in inlays, but there's not a thing wrong with that cue. Mr. Searing is indeed the man.

Jeff,

You are, without a doubt, the most artistic cue photographer on the planet. That's a real talent you have there.

Nice cue, very nice. And I agree, the silver-bordered ivory Hoppe ring looks stunning !

Man what a pretty cue...maybe one day someone will kill over and leave me a Searing...bout the only way I stand a chance of owning one.

Pardon me but why is Dennis Searing cue is such a hot items? Does it hit better than South West or Blue Grass cues? I'm new to the forum, don't really know many high end cues. Thank's

Hit is completely subjective but from all accounts they play beautifully and I think it's the rarity of them that makes him so appealing.

i have had the pleasure of comparing the southwest and searing. All i can say that i sold my 1984 sw and still to this day do not reget it. nothing i have played with will give you the amount of english you can get form a searing. Anyone who plays alot with a searing can use a half tip of english compared to 1 1/2 tips of english of any other. iguess you can move the ball with more a accurate shot and less effort you will never reget buying one. And buy chance you want to sell it they will line up to buy it. :)

And the craftsmanship. Dennis is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I learned a lot about cues while he was building mine back in 1999.
