Felt rolled in 6 new 9 ft diamonds yesterday and 4 more are coming. All one piece slate and ball returns. 41/2 pockets

We will have to match up on a diamond one of these days.

Too much table for you Bruce..............

Seriously though, after todays session, I'm going to have to make the effort to play down there more often. I played well considering it was my first 'real' session on a Diamond, but the rag is still new and very forgiving. Those tables are gonna tighten up in the next couple of days.

According to the Felt web site, before 4pm the Diamond tables will be $2.50/hr and the remaining Gold Crowns will stay at $2/hr until those too are replaced with Diamond tables.

I think a raise to $2.50 an hour is very reasonable considering the cost of these tables.

Too much table for me?
OK- I will make sure I bring the mighty Lucasi when we play.
Hope you can sleep after hearing that.

Just got back from playing at California Billiard Club in San Jose all weekend. That place is absolutely incredible. $15 per hour for two though. Yikes! $4.40 per gallon for regular gas also. The water is free though. Tues night tournament at Felt should be interesting on the new tables. Megan Minerich is in town so she will probably be playing along with Danny Medina, Mark Haddad, Melissa Little etc.

Now we need to take the Apple store over by force, hold the nerds hostage until Joe agrees to knock the wall out,
add about 15 more Diamonds, and turn the place back into a real pool hall.

Wondering who set up the tables. Was it RKC, or one of his cronies?

I may be wrong but I think the pro-am tables are a snap to set up. They are usually a one piece slate and may already have the cloth on when they arrive.

I don't think Glen has trained anyone in this area yet.

Looking forward to checking out the tables.

pm me if anyone is looking for some one pocket action up there.

The tbles came straight from the CSI US Open 10-Ball in Vegas. They were clothed, skirts and everything together. All they had to do was put the legs on and level them. Pretty quick process actually. And no, RKC wasn't there.
