Same for me here. I try rebooting every several minutes and I just get opened up to a frozen screen.
 
I'm starting to get frustrated. Works for a while, but now I'm locked out. Window with content is use message keeps popping up.

but it's the same problem we had last DCC and there was no superstorm then.

Your previous comment about the casino not caring enough to provide proper bandwidth to facilitate a good stream seems more plausible to me.

Yes it started, but it is freezing a lot, but I am on a slower connection.
 
I want to pay and watch! Dont use chrome, install adobe flash. If i cant get the stuff to work on the install it seems like a lost cause! Feeling left out.

an fyi;

todays first 2 matches were great except for the last few games of shane vs alex where the stream once again began to freeze.

If it's something related to the casino not caring enough to provide sufficient bandwidth, then can't Pat address this with them?

Pat's customers have reasonable expectations for a good quality stream and if there's a missing piece to making this happen, it def should not be ignored.

when it's up and running properly, the quality is five star. :thumbup:

I agree and thanks.
I have heard Greg Sullivan has talked to them, but you see it is still very very very very weak.
We are not very happy with it, guaranteed.
Not gonna work for 3 streamers and open wifi.
 
I dont think it is a matter of the casino turning up the bandwidth-It just isnt there. They'd probably have to invest in something "new and better" for the future which is something Greg needs to bring up to the Hotel. Anything Pat says will fall on deaf ears imo.


PS-i know nothing for sure. Im not sure i even know what 'bandwidth' is.

I really want to watch the stream tonight, but am afraid of throwing my money away (like I did last night). It sounds like there are still problems with the stream. Can anyone attest that it is reliable tonight?

Mine went out on last rack of SVB - Alex match, an l have not been able to get it back since.
I tried everything too!
Gonna miss the finals now, and that sucks 😂😂

Right now they are playing an encore match with SVB & Dennis from last year.

The final will be at 9pm EST.

Mine also froze at the end of SVB vs Alex, but otherwise it was good today.

We'll see about tonight.

If I were you Steve I'd say give it a try.

When it's working properly it's high quality.

If it ends up unwatchable, request a refund.
