Maybe that storm was some of the problem.

All customers are quiet today, which says alot !

But we still won't be totally satisfied until the casino provides better internet now and for future events.

mine has done this same thing a few times but if you leave it alone for a minute when you get this message, it might come up with a button saying it's now avail, click here to continue.

mine did. :)

btw, for the last 2 days the stream has been completely reliable and crystal clear.
