Cant do chat because my device says java is not supported on my device ha ha ha. Nexus tablet is good for something, but apparently streaming is not it.
 
is cutting out almost every minute. whats up with that? cable modem with very high speed connection on my end. not much fun to watch.

I think they forgot to restart their system after the last match. They've been doing that and it's been working until this evening.

What are we buying at noon...a crapshoot? Who will we see? Johnnyt

PS: I know it's not easy to know with all that's going on there, but you can't expect people to pay for some players they might not want to see.

12:09 PM [Jfred] we find out that Hotel GM is overridden IT
12:09 PM [Jfred] turned on FREE Wi-fi in main lobby
12:09 PM [Jfred] been crapping on us
12:09 PM [Jfred] Greg talked to GM
12:10 PM [Jfred] now Harrah's IT monitoring usage out there

Horrible lagging today.

Can't believe nobody posted on here about a refund or partial refund.

just signed on and I get lagging every 20 sec or so. cant watch like this. if thi is what has been going on the last few days why are you guys still charging. hope this is resolved or refunds are handed out.

We apologize for the internet hassles being caused by Harrah's.

We are trying something drastic now on our end by dropping the streamrate lower.

This wll necesstate us to also reduce your screen size slightly.

Our logic is that the customers would rather have a smoother stream on a lower screen size than what we have been experiencing so far.

To this point Harrah's has been unable to fix their issues.

Sorry for al the hassle and grief.

As bad as you all feel - we are SCREAMING mad at the situation.
