So I take my cynergy shaft to my nearest Cuetec dealer in attempt to have the tip changed to a Kamui. I call three times prior to ensure they do this type of service for carbon shafts, each time receiving the same response, “yes we do!” I put down a few racks while waiting and the “cuesmith” comes out and begins to look at a cynergy pamphlet. Long story short he destroyed my ferrule. Someone help!!! Imperial just refers me to a specialist’s voicemail.

Good “long story short”. What’s the “short story long” version?

What did he do to it?

Help? Leave a voice mail and speak to the party that returns your call

Photos! We need the forensic evidence so our professional AZ investigators here in this forum can construct a proper theory and possible motive.

Hey... we know there is a motive here, did he try to sell you a new shaft or a new ferrule.../ did he apologize for ruining your chances for playing better with this new shaft...???????

Can he replace it with Ivory, ivory substitute or whatever ?????????????????? Let us Know... ...

...destroyed the shaft? Is it all that difficult to make a new ferrule to solve the problem? Of course if that repairman could not succeed changing the tip you better find somebody competent for that procedure and the person pays for the needed job done correctly. If that is a Cuetec's dealer something is definitely wrong with the person...

Cuetec "dealer" and cuetec "authorized repairman" are two different animals.

If he is a certified repairman, cuetec will replace shaft. If he is only a dealer, it will be "up to them"....depending on "who" the dealer is will make a difference here.

Good luck,

Jeff

BTW, pics would be worth a lot here...

I left the shaft with him so that he could send it out if he got a response before I did so no pics unfortunately.
