Maybe that’s why he said “talk to Heath”. Do you even read the posts?!That's on the dealer, not Diamond!!

Question for you, did HEATH deliver and set that table up??? NO, he relied on someone who was supposed to do the job right, so where is the break down in service??? I guarantee you, Heath is NOT going out to Utah to make that table right, what do YOU think?Maybe that’s why he said “talk to Heath”. Do you even read the posts?!
Understand my point??Maybe that’s why he said “talk to Heath”. Do you even read the posts?!
That's right, I want to put the scratches and dings on it myself, not buy it that way.Yup, then you drive it and a rock flys up and dings the hood and cracks the windshield. So do you want a new car after that? Wouldn’t sweat it enough to post on the forums. That’s what I am saying. They are meant to be played and if a ball flys up and hits the rail and puts the slightest dent it shouldn’t make you cry. It’s a pool table. It’s going to get beat. Trust me it will. If if doesn’t then it’s not getting played.

Can’t argue with this. Very generous of you to get involved at your expense. I have you on speed dial if mine goes south….and will, Diamond is NOT responsible for anything as far as I'm concerned once that pool table gets into the hands of a dealer, or installer, EVEN though they STILL try and make the customer happy do to NO fault of their OWN!!!!!
There was NO scratches or dings!!That's right, I want to put the scratches and dings on it, not buy it that way.
"I have 6- BRAND NEW 7' PRO AM's for sale! $10k eachThe best way to buy a Diamond is to buy it through a Diamond Dealer that handles their own sales, delivery and installation, That could be the factory or your local Diamond Dealer. Why he is even allowed to sell tables ANYHERE in other USA dealers territories is beyond me.... Not to mention if you have a problem? THERE IS NO WAY FOR DEALERS LIKE THIS TO FIX IT. Keep us updated??? GOOD LUCK!

Hope the next new car you buy has damageIt happens with every manufacture of every product. Diamond is feeling the dresses that Bruswick felt decades ago. You want perfection? Build what you want. Going to complain about a few blemishes?, ok. Enjoy. Might as well not play on that table. Most these clowns can’t play a lick.

If you're not first in line, with cash in hand when a used one does come up for sale, second in line goes home empty handed, but still has the cashDiamond's biggest obstacle is that they do not have saturation throughout the country as far as dealers/installers.
Here in the SF Bay Area there exactly zero Diamond dealers. The closest one is in SoCal, and they charge a hefty premium to deliver and set up in the Bay Area.
If you purchase from any remote dealer, you get the luck of the draw as far as installers go. Having experience installing a Diamond table is a big plus to save the headaches.
When I am ready hopefully later this year, I am leaning toward finding a good used 9' Rosewood Dymondwood Pro/AM. That too is getting lucky I suppose, since there is not that many in this area.
Cash is not the problem. If you're not first in line, with cash in hand when a used one does come up for sale, second in line goes home empty handed, but still has the cash![]()
I know the problem, very well.Cash is not the problem.
It is the scarcity of tables that fit my wish list in my area. Very few Diamonds in this area due to there being no dealer.
WTF are you talking about? I never blamed anyone for anything. I’m the only happy MF’er in this thread! Have a drink buddy.

Hey all, this will get sorted. Issues aside I love playing on these diamonds. I feel lucky to have the privilege of owning something built in the. Not much of that left these days. I have created meaningful memories already with my 5 year old daughter in the basement around this table which is what this was all about to me in the first place. She thinks the ball return is the coolest thing ever. Sometimes you run into issues, shiz happens.
Stay safe and shoot straight everyone.

This is like a dealer putting a different set of rims on a car and now you consider a used car ???Well, you live in a delusional world then, but thats no surprise, as in topics like this, you're almost never right!!! What defects are you referring to exactly????
Re read post 91That's right, I want to put the scratches and dings on it myself, not buy it that way.
And what kind of table do you own?Sorry but they suck. Might as well wear a mask for life. Follower.

I'm not sure what you mean. Am I bragging that I have a Diamond? I certainly didn't mean to. You're right... they're everywhere, and anyone can work on them. My point in this thread is that NO ONE is special.Easy “E”. Chill brother. It’s a diamond. Nothing to brag about. It’s a diamond. As generic as they get.
