I tried contacting them regarding my order and nothing no reply whatsoever all i've had is an automated response saying someone will contact you shortly but still NOTHING. Why is this?.
 
How long ago did you place your order? and please reply in number of business days it has been.

Just think that if every customer contacted them to get status for every order, they would spend all their time replying to status requests instead of filling out orders.
 
You need to supply a lot more information as Watchez mentioned. It is very common to have a 24 hour response time to order inquiries, especially when contacting a business via email.

Have you tried calling them?? I would not get too excited unless your order is taking an excessive long time to arrive. JMHO

so, inquiring minds want to know---

Why would you be contacting this retailer just 24 hours after you placed your order?

And how could you be so upset that you haven't received a response that you create a thread about it? You already only asked the guy (David) 3 more questions than anyone else on the planet before you placed your order.
 
I totally agree with Watchez. IMO you are not being reasonable.
An online Order was placed yesterday (a Holiday) and today you expect them to drop everything and call you back immediately??

Relax, dude! Their Customer Service is GREAT.

It is your unrealistic expectations and timeframe that are out of line, not their response to you - or lack thereof.

Thanks to VON and Watchez for responding to this gentleman.
Just to clarify that we have indeed sent an email and a PM regarding his transaction prior to him attempting to call us. When I checked with everyone here at work during the daytoday, no one had left any messages on our system, but no one is in our offices until 10am EST anyway. Sometimes there's one or two in early around 9:30am.
But they always answer the phones and are very Johnny on the spot.

We answer every email and I've responded to every PM.

All the ATROX TOOLS are being packaged and the freebies are being grouped with the orders and the roses are being bought for those ladies and they will all ship out wednseday,thursday & friday.

I'm upset that '9 Ball' is not responding to my posts about Diamond Back Products not responding to his request regarding his order status.
