What may end up happening is a two man playoff for the last spot. Greg and I will decide next week how best to handle this.
Play in game, this would be cool, sort of like march madness!

Thorsten was invited and he declined.
That's unfortunate. One if my favorite players and would have been a strong addition to the field for sure.

It will be an elite sixteen player field this year once again. The format is $1,000 entry fee per player with $16,000 in added money for a total purse of $32,000. The winner will receive $16,000, Runner-up $8,000, and third-fourth $4,000 each. All matches are a Race to Eleven and it's Single elimination all the way. The Bigfoot Challenge will begin on Jan. 24 (Friday), the first day of Derby City, and end on Jan. 27 (Monday). ALL matches will be played in the Accu-Stats arena, streamed live online and recorded for later television viewing in selected markets./QUOTE]
Jay, once again you have put together a great lineup for the BigFoot Challenge. These players cover the complete panorama of age, experience, style, national origin, and titles won. It is my opinion (I believe I am not alone in saying this) that playing 10-Ball on the ten footer really demonstrates the ultimate in pool skill because it requires complete mastery of power, finesse, and accuracy. The ten foot table should be today's standard table on the US Pro Tour because it's too easy for these great players to run out on 9-footers. I congratulate Greg Sullivan for bringing the BigFoot back.
