Just curious on why three wedges in the areas circled. On a three piece slate, these areas is usually where a couple of wedges are placed for matching the seams up.

This is just a gee whiz question for me guys. I haven't seen or played with the diamond leveling system except once on a barbox smart table.

Picture from Von Rhett's new diamond install.

I believe the original idea is to be able to raise the entire seam, then fine adjust either side with the wedges on either side, but I always leave the center wedge alone and just adjust the outer wedges.

Thanks Zach, sounds good to me.

I believe it was stated that the table in the photo has a one piece slate. In that case the two outer adjusters could have been left off of the four spots totally. Also maybe two of the four center levelers could have been left off. This would give the mechanic 10 extra levelers for his tool box to use toward a custom table mod later on. Obviously the same frame is used regardless of the slate option.
