Jim, if you search the past forums, there is some answers to your questions, as this question has come up several times in the past, and has been answered several times already, I'm not beating on you buddy, but it is an old question:smile:

adjustaqble leg levelers standard on GC2. was a retro fit on GC1.

GC1 have chrome corners.
GC2's have pot metal corners.
Slates on 1'a are deeper in the pockets.

The Gold Crown 1 has a brass trim around the back of the rails, and the 2 has Aluminum. I also think that the Gold Crown did not have ash trays on the corners as an option, but I could be wrong about that.
