Oh. I’ve learned that one part of the product that isn’t obvious is with charging. The black dot must be facing straight down when placed on the charger.

I’ve since updated the plastic charger case to include these instructions.

The DigiCast only reads DigiCue or DigiBall devices directly via BLE. There is no design for it to connect to any other devices, including phones.

I wasn't connecting to the ball with the app. I failed to go to the devices section of the app, got it now.

Yeah, my first attempt at charging I put the black circle straight up instead of down, that didn't work.
