Hello AZers;

I had had an agreement to buy a Pechauer cue from this "club trader". He agreed only to backdoor me because "someone else" was all of a sudden buying the cue instead of me. I suspect he either got more money for it or will keep it and get more money out of it later on.

I think that you should be wary if people on this site who do not keep their word in selling you something.

Do NOT buy anything from nsafellow!
 
I wouldn't go as far as to say what you have..he accepted my offer, then you offered. I told him you offered more so he should accept your deal. He was trying to be a stand up guy by not screwing me over.
 
This same guy NSAFELLOW was selling some kamui chalks.

I sent him an offer for all his chalks. After coming back and forth via PMs, he accepted my offer. 2 hours later, he sent me a PM saying that he already sold almost all his chalks, so my deal is off.

This one can't be a coincidence.

He's a stand up guy

NSAFELLOW is a stand up guy. We had a few deals in the past, he always did everything he could to please me.
Posts like this are not good for someone's rep....but eventually we'll know who's gonna fall.

I suggest COMMUNICATION BEFORE DOING THIS SHITTY THREADS!

hes a stand up guy? He as screwed multiple individuals using the same tactic. I would not classify a person that does this on multiple occasions as a "Nice Guy"!

I just want to get the cue I have agreed to! That's all. I'm not interested in trash talking/ bad mouthing some other user. He has screwed me and he needs to understand that such tactics are not acceptable.

Something doesn't add up...maybe he can come in here and respond. I think as it stands her deserves the benefit of the doubt...don't crucify him before the facts are clear.

He didn't took your money and ran...If you have a problem with him regarding a deal...sent him a pm, give him a call...TALK....maybe is a misunderstanding...instead of posting a thread that will red his rep or yours for nothing...

Apparently a deal to him is not yet a done deal until both parties complete each end of the deal. I was lucky I had not sent him the funds, I received his PM calling off our deal while having PayPal opened. Saved me headaches.

Maybe I'm not so wrong thinking that as soon as we both agreed on a deal (in written words), it's ethical to think of this as a contract. I would never keep on advertising for a cue, looking for higher bidders when it's already sold (or spf - sale pending fund).

Anyway, just my 2c.
 
Again just want the cue we agreed. $340 was a far price now. I did him BTW and told him that I would take the cue....even pay 25 more just to end this headache. Believe me I have better than write this post on AZ
 
Just to throw this out there...here is the original pm's between him and I...He seemed to be pretty fair, as I told him I wouldn't want to screw him out of 20$ since you offered more than I did, even though he had already accepted my offer...He still said he would take my offer...maybe I'm missing something...but, idk...

not sure about the deal specifics, but a couple things are obvious...

the deal was a good one, to you.
the deal was less good than another, to him
you arent really out anything, aside from shopping time.

i feel your frustration, but the exchange obviously did not mean the same thing to you both.
 
I've had at least 5 transactions with nsafellow....They have all been absolutely perfect transactions. He communicates extremely well. Ships extremely fast...and everything has been as advertised.

When you advertise a product and get an interest from more than one party....someone just might be left out.

This cue has been for sale for at least a couple weeks...in fact nsafellow actually threw in a second shaft to sweeten the deal. The thread originator had ample time to lock down a deal.

If you see an item you really want...don't drag your feet. In my dealings with nsafellow....we worked out the terms and I immediately paypaled the funds. He in turn shipped without hesitation.

I think nsafellow is being unfairly accused here. I will buy from him in the future with no hesitation.
 
I can tell you from experience that it is hard to get "more money" for a Pechauer.
It will be interesting to see NSAFELLOW'S response to this one.

I personally don't think it's very fair to trash someones reputation because you missed out on a deal. I know it's frustrating but what have you really lost? Time, sure but you aren't out any money and if what the other buyer is saying is true, that he had already given his word at one price then isn't he the one actually losing $20 by not selling it to you? If that's the case then he sounds like a stand up guy to me. It will be interesting to see the outcome on this one.

I was talking to seller about this Pechauer. I liked the cue and was trying to do a partial trade. At first he was interested and then just tried to bring the values down but, it is between me and him.
I can say that he seemed to me like normal fellow, nothing extraordinary.
But, I think if you agree to a deal, then stick to it. Does not matter if someone offered you more money. If I gave my word and agreed, I will stick to the deal regardless of anything. But that is just me.
Some people may think different.
