Do the BCAPL Mens Grand Masters singles fill?

I got a little burned on getting into singles for the BCAPL open singles this year as our team playoffs were after the deadlines for singles entries and the spots pre-bought by the charter for the Vegas singles event were sold out.

Was figuring on coming in after the singles which would be a first since I have always played the singles and been down there during that time but then I saw that the Grand Masters takes entries on site.

The question I have is how likely are you to get a spot in the Grand Masters on site? Does it normally fill up or is it a pretty sure thing of getting a spot? I do not want to buy an early flight, pay for the extra hotel, and not be able to get into the event because it sold all the spots.

I don't think it fills. There were 27 entries last year:

I would suggest just calling the CSI office and ask them about entering at the venue.

Best way to get an answer is to call our office.

But we always allow sign ups on site for the grand master singles.
This will allow players that get knocked out to have the option of playing in the highest division in the country.

It has never filled to capacity.

It also attracts some of the big boys from down the hall that happen to have the time on their hands.
