I do ... I think some of the other guys do too ... and even some of the gals play ! In fact this has been a pretty good week for me, I got to the pool hall twice : a set of 9-ball on Teusday night and another last night (beat the bum who has been finishing ahead of me in league play :) ). I also cleaned all the cat hair off my little Brunswick earlier in the week and have had a couple of good sessions on the faster playing surface. I also surf this forum, ain't it great ? Then there is work, family, the pets (2 dogs 2 cats plus fish), and my many hobbies. Sleep is optional some days, but I try to catch that up too. I'd guess that my schedule would bury the average lazy troll. Thanks for asking though. :rolleyes:

a pretty weak player to give the 7-8 and 2 on the wire to 9. Just how much were 'these' sets for, $20 or something substantial?
 
Well, my husband and I are in a bar table tournament, the WA State 8Ball Championships. Mike won it last year, so he got free entry this year. He beat Paul Potier in the finals then.

Today, all the good players are all in the bottom bracket:

Luckily, I am in the top bracket, LOL. :p

There are 62 players and so far I have 2 wins on the winner's side and so does Mike. He just beat Paul Potier 5-1.

So the short answer is, yes, I play. ;)

Totally. That is what I did! I made a bunch of posts one day and finally hit 1k, then I started hannging out at this pool room and I never lost a game!
