I can already see the flood of jokes. But this is a serious question.
I see quite a few people shooting with headphones on and listening to music or whatever. This helps them get in a zone. I think most importantly it keeps the positive vibe and mentality up as well as drown out the noise from your belly aching opponents. Helps you concentrate, where everything just disappears around except for the table and balls. Keeps you from beating yourself up and fixating on bad shots.
So, as I glanced over at my sombrero and ball cap, I realized I have never tried shooting with these on my head. I feel like with a hat on it truly would be only me in the room, at the table playing my best game.
Do we have any hat players here?
