Yeah, I can't wear a hat and play. If it's hot enough outside to wear one, like when it's 40*C here, I just don't go outside.Wrong guy, do wear a Bsseball most of timeout door, but never for Pool.
My only antique is dad’s fedora (“my good hat”) from the late 50’s……Class.
I have a Mallory stingy from the 1960's.
A couple people have also said this. SVB says that shooting pool is like shooting a gun....No. It's distracting when aiming. If I happen to have one on I have to turn it backwards.
Your hat is your eyeglass.yes.... but a question is.... what do you with your eyeglass, when you shoot...
You been looking at my Picture in the profile !!!That shit CJ does with a hat makes me laugh. Everybody knows he's bald headed. Get over it.

It becomes a distraction sighting down my cue’s shaft and a sweat box during
the summer months. I don’t wear a cap in my car with the sunroof open. I like
the sun even when over a 100 degrees. I used to be a heating & cooling technician
so working in boiler rooms when the outside summer temp was 110 degrees and
hotter was pretty common. Temps in the boiler room could easily exceed 120 degrees
and you had to wear a hard hat on the job. So I like feeling the ceiling fans and air cond.
on my noggin when it’s it’s really hot outside & wearing a cap or hat defeats the purpose.
Yeah….I’m imagining down within the hull of a ship, heat escape is really poor. At least above ground, you get to open building doors and when really lucky, lift doors. Now hospitals will have boiler buildings or rooms, cooling towers, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The worst was working on cooling systems on roof tops that tend to be asphalt.Retired Navy boiler Room 150+ temp
