Do you turn things other than cues on your lathes ?

There's a decent sized community on Reddit of turners creating all sorts of round objects, but no cue makers. I understand they use mostly hand tools to create these works, where cue makers use tools mounted on the dials (I'm not sure what the term is for this). The appreciation and love for woodworking is still common amongst you. So I was wondering what sorts of things other than cues you turn on your lathes?

Lathes are just another workshop tool. What ever machine I think is best for the job is what I use. I used the cue lathe to make profiled pieces for tuned pipes for the F3D model that we used back in 2011.The cuelathe was used because of the number of bearing steady rests to support it while being worked on.The metal lathe only had 1 steady rest.

Collets, claves, bolts, jigs, brackets, bed frame legs, plungers...

I made an Oh Sh!t handle that gets welded to the frame of a rock crawler for the passenger to hold on to. It was spring loaded and fold away.

Turned part of a lower window frame for a Chris Craft on mine years ago. Chopsticks, knitting needles, spindle legs, finials, pens.

stoppers for wine bottles

i drink a lot of different wines, and never seem to have the right stopper when i want to save half bottle. so i make a dozen stoppers with slight differences in the diameter. i used purple heart.

Anybody care to post up some pics of other items that were built on their lathes, just for kicks and giggles. I love seeing all the other stuff that everybody else makes.

I myself WANT to make my dad one of the shaving kits and want to make my mom a few wine bottle stoppers but haven't done it yet.
