Sir,

I politely thanked you in advance for a simple yes or no answer.

Can you please respond to my earlier question with either a simple yes or a no?

Again, Thanks in Advance.

Yet, you refuse to address the questions asked of you.

This thread is WAY too much reading for me.
Can I just get the abridged version as to whether there is a JB/Lou rematch?

Koop - will travel to watch the rematch if there is one

I'm serious.
Wouldn't that make it a little easier ?
cookie man:
The doubters wouldn't use it. The fact is they can't post a single shot cte doesn't work with. They would rather play word games.

Translation: "I don't have a clue how to do that."

pj <- speaking of word games
chgo

All the shots and explanations are on dvd's or you tube.
If you would like a particular shot explained please post on here using the Wei table. We can not sit here and guess which shot you are questioning, that wouldn't make much sense. Is that clear enough for you PJ, or would you like to twist my words around in your reply.

I stand by my phrasing that I have always had in place on justcueit, my website, concerning the objectivity of CTE PRO ONE.

Stan Shuffett

Sir,

Are you implying by your words here, in this post, that your CTE/Pro1 is NOT a totally objective system at it's core?

Thanks in Advance for a simple Yes or No reply.

Answering a question with a question. That's a no no. You have been called out to provide proof. Please provide proof, after all it's your complete argument. You certainly should be able to provide evidence of where you saw or heard it.

PS a simple post of evidence is all that's necessary.

YOUR QUESTION IS ANSWERED!

It is on my website and always has been.

Stan Shuffett

So... you refuse to say Yes or No. Why the games?

If it is, say YES.

If it is not, say NO.

If you do not affirm that CTE is a totally objective system, at it's core, then just simply say it is not.

If you do affirm that CTE is a totally objective system, at it's core, then do so by stating such.

Why play games?

Why all the hub bub when someone says that it is not if you do not contend that it is?

So... is it? Yes or NO.

No Need to Thank You in Advance as you have shown that will not answer Yes or No.

I think ALL of the silent majority can make their own determinations from your refusal... & conclude that CTE is not a totally objective system at it's core & it does require individual subjectivity for it's application, because you, it's author, will not say that it is a totally objective system at it's core.

Case Closed.

I didn't ignore your post. I quoted it and said that there are many methods of aiming taught in snooker including Joe Davis' fractional overlap method.

You don't pocket balls better than Stan Shuffett. You can bet $1000 a shot on that and you have a standing invitation any time you want to go to Stan's studio and have that shotmaking contest on live stream.

You were a good road player back in the day. Everyone agrees on that. And Joe Davis' method is a good method. But it's not necessarily the best method now for aiming in pool.

As for knowing nothing about pool....well I certainly don't know everything but you know full well that I know my way around a pool table. I have never insulted you once on any topic Bill and I wouldn't expect you to start insulting me.

I'm going to accept JBs' offer to shoot shots at $1000 per shot with Stan at the Diamond Tournament. Table to be decided at random. Format to be decided.

I don't care what shot. They are all the same to me.

The only proviso I have is that we shoot at least 100 shots.

Who wouldn't want to shoot against a 74 year old.

Let's see if CTE really can stand up to some pressure?

Are you trying to use little kid philosophy to get an answer from Stan, lol. It's your claim, where did you here it? Pretty simple

You take the cake! You are nothing more than a word nitpicker. You can't think that you are really going to corner me with words like never and always and totally......You are the one that Inserted TOTALLY...for your purposes, not mine.

It has been known for years here as well as in CTE circles that the 45s and 60s have the cueball's offset center sighting into space.
It has been known for years that speed and spin effect given CTE banking angles.

I call it like it is....check my website for my objectivity statement. I do not have to resort to false superlatives for expressing the effectiveness of CTE.

No child psychology.

Simple logic & common sense.

Can you please tell me? What 'kid philosophy' is?

I qualified the question after your first reply with the words , 'at it's core'.

You've refused & still refuse to say Yes or No.

The tens of thousands here in the silent majority can make their own determinations as to what that indicates or if 'I take the cake' or simply asked a simple question that you, the author of CTE, will not answer with a simple Yes or No.

Best Wishes.

You make unsubstantiated claims, are asked to verify them, you refuse to answer them. Instead of answering, you twist it and ask questions of those asking you to clarify. Then, when you don't get the exact answer you demand, you make silly accusations.

Yes, tens of thousands, and multitudes upon multitudes, know that you take the cake.

Nope, not gonna do it.....must....resist.....

lol Dooooo it :D

Bill could bring the DYD cue and use it to shoot each shot...still too soon? Ok...back to work go Cubs!

If you think about it, invoking the DYD disaster is the ONLY thing that could possibly derail a CTE thread :p

When last seen, John was going to ask Karen if he could play me again and bet $500,000 in St. Louis... haven't heard back yet, so there's a chance.

Lou Figueroa

Even though Stan will NOT affirm here on AZB that CTE's core nature is totally or completely, objective in it's nature....

anyone that wants to or is considering buying & trying CTE / Pro1 should still do so, just knowing & keeping the above in mind.

Best Wishes to ALL.
