no and no. TS had two helpers that made cues, Mike Cochran and Bob Frey. That's it. And this isn't either one.

Where did you get it?
How long have you had it? Ect.
Any details might spark someone's memory.

I'd ask Jim Sickles if he ever used that logo. I know he used to sign them, and has used current logo for a long time, but its worth asking if he ever tried that logo when he was coming up with one.

The closest I’ve seen to that logo is Swanie cues.

His initials are also “JS”.

His work doesn’t seem to be of that ilk, though.
