So I am wondering do you think pros get bored playing the same pros over and over? I mean I have seen earl and shane play pool like 10 times on different videos on youtube. It would seem like it would get tiring. But I guess they gotta make money.
We have a number of regular players in here that only play with the same company every time. That’s what they enjoy doing. They are recreational level players and they understand that they will most likely never improve, which doesn’t seem to be a priority for them.So I am wondering do you think pros get bored playing the same pros over and over? I think a lot to do with that is the effort of focus. It takes mental calories to remain locked-in on your game and play "your best" for long periods of time. That requires a lot of effort and not much "relaxing" which is what the average player is looking for.We have a number of regular players in here that only play with the same company every time. i am never bored although there are many players who get bored playing me.Playing people who can’t hang with you competitively is boring.
When there are only a relative handful of people in the entire world capable of doing that, you’re going to have to play them the majority of the time to keep from becoming bored...
