Not that much, think it comes down to just feel. Really don't think there is that much difference even with spin, as long as you understand how to adjust differently.
I've been going through an "equipment phase" lately. Wasn't happy with existing shaft, so I've been buying a few to try and will decide then sell back the others.
About 2 months ago, started using an OB1 and OB Classic demo at a place that I practice and teach out of. Liked them a lot, finally ordered one.
Before it came in, I played in and won a tournament with my current shaft at the time, the one I didn't like.
2 weeks later, played with my new OB Classic shaft, which was a little heavy for me and a little too thick, hadn't had a chance to alter it. Won that tourney.
Last week, ordered and received my Mezz WD-700 shaft ahead of schedule, had a tip on it I didn't like and no time to replace before the tourney. Won that as well.
Result: Feel and feedback are important, and while I sometimes obsess over feel, weight, deflection, etc., starting to realize it's the archer and not the bow or arrow...
