I dunno what's actually going on here but if the Mods don't take the time to investigate this, then the Forum has zero morals because racism or racist comments are absolutely the most reprehensible, condemnable acts imaginable. If this is true, the person making the remark deserves to be flogged in public and banned from the Forum for a minimum of one year.....2nd offense for life.......that's what baseball needs to do in order to clean itself up and so does the Forum when racism and bigotry manifests itself.....even in jest or as street vernacular....doesn't matter......person saying or writing it is a scumbag and deserves to be punished severely without any sympathy or any measure of forgiveness.....the punishment has to be harsh or else the behavior will be repeated......NUF SED!

History provides all that needs to be known about the N-word.
There's a basket full of swear words to choose from.When
somebody uses that one then there either to stupid or to ignorant,to
understand why that word may strike a chord in people.

If stupidity was physically painful,you'd see a lot of people start thinking
before they speak.

chapter of history has a word like N----r to remind us about a race

I agree on all counts. I just like pointing out that there are better ways to go about "outing" someone's behavior. Name-calling someone while trying to make them look like a bad guy for name-calling is a poor way to present your case.

Fon Gool. I had to ask one of my Italian friends what it meant one night.

He laughed at me then sang to me, an almost perfect rendition of Al Di La. He told me that was close to the Italian National Anthem and said that Al Di La was much better than saying Fon Gool to someone.

It's interesting how this seller was baited in his thread and now he's the 'bad guy'. Sure, that's a horrible/inexcusable thing to say, but it looks like he was taunted and got some real lowball offers, at least publicly, and no telling what happened behind the scenes via PM.
