Not sure what the deal is with this guy, but it seems to be a standard
move with him.

I had seen a few other examples of items priced at $10k - thought it
might be a 'slip of the pen' so to speak with some misplaced decimal
point.

If you check his ebay store - he has 89 PAGES of items - there are
something over 20 pages of items of similar value all priced at $10k.

The rest seem to be legit listings - tho he prices things at premium
dollars for ordinary tooling etc.

Curious.

I have seen people do that when they are out of stock on a item, if they have it listed for 30 days, they dont want to cancel the auction and repost it as that costs each time, so they just raise the price so nobody will buy it, then change it to the actual price when it comes in stock.
