If I remember correctly, he took bailed out pretty quick, took a plea deal, didn't have to serve time, probably probation and community service transfered to whereever he was visiting from. The Omega guy was pissed that the DA didn't contact him, but that is the way it goes now days.
 
they should grab a $40 cue and shove it up the guys ass and teach him a lesson, its a big desert out there....
 
You got to be an idiot to try to move on anything in those type of venues to begin with.
If youre a half smart thief, you got to figure theyre not going to let a 3 dime item sit around without people watching and they advertise that they got cameras on you all the time.
This dunce wont have a problem with the law this time unless hes got priors but its a headache he didnt need, a nice weekend in the CCDC will set his mind right, lol.
 
It is a problem sending these guys to jail even if there is room, if they are truly scumbags they will learn how to steal your stuff without getting caight next time. Jail is more or less an apprentiship program for criminals. Its time to solve prison overcrowding, save the taxpayers money, and deter crime in the first place, bring back capital punishment.

Best way to punish thief's like this is to put them on blast!!


Post up the name and pic or this POS so the community can see what he looks like. Oh that and make a good post on Facebook to really hit em hard. The internet is a very powerful tool.
 
The police officers recognized this thief right away. So I suspect he will be on vacation for a while.

Another vendor got hit yesterday, I heard. Thieves are like cock roaches. You can't get rid of them. :frown:
