Don't you DARE complain about equipment again!

Not until you see what these sorry kids have to amuse themselves!

This photo, to me, is both funny and sad.

yea, sometimes we just don't know how good we have it ...

If I play some one-pocket on that table, and I'm breaking, I want the bottom left hand corner!! Could just be me, but it looks like the table might have a slight roll in that direction!;)

Do those bags of grain in the back have the letters USA on them? Are we sure this isn't Cleveland?:p:p:p

What I see in the picture are some pretty imaginative kids, who had enough brains to build a table out of freakin mud! Lets face it, after mom brings in a gourmet lunch, and some soft drinks, our kids, get bored twiddling their fingers , playing virtual pool, on the couch, in front of a large screen TV, on a sunny day. That's a cool picture!

I know Detroit has some low income housing but this is bad:smile:

In the neigborhood that I lived in that was the richer part of Det. :D

Moved out of Det years ago but live near by. The great thing about the area is it is so bad that all of natural disasters seem to pass us by. Had a tornado the other day that did some damage but no one was hurt or killed. The higher power leaves the killings to the residents. They do enough for population controll without any outside help. We also don't need wild fires as we are experts at setting fires. Don't worry about draughts, floods, traffic jams, mud slides, earth quakes, volcanos, hurricanes and etc.

You should visit Det. Some nice games go on at the Blue Diamond. As we use to say come to Detroit it is a riot.

You're making the assumption that the kids built the mud-table...:)

And who's to say these same kids would not be bored and twiddling their fingers if they were born and raised with the amenities some of our kids enjoy and take for granted?
