As far as roadplayers, who do you think would be the all time strongest duo who toured together? I can't think of any two stronger than Luther Lassiter and Don Willis. I also think that the teams of Billy Incardona and Danny DiLiberto as well as Mike Sigel and Larry Hubbart were also hot on their heels talent wise.

Who comes to mind when you think of great roadlayers who teamed up together over the years?

Well, I had the wonderful luck to run into Cory Deuel and Troy Frank back before anybody knew who they were....that was a pretty good pairing.
 
Corey also paired up with Alex for a few years and ransacked the nation.

In bygone days Ronnie and Ed Kelly beat everyone they played until running into a young Billy Johnson (Wade Crane).

Tom Brown and John Ditoro were a formidable road team, as was Keith and "Hawaiian" Brian Hashimoto.

That has to be the top pairing of the last 20-25 years.

Sigel and Hubbart sound like the monster duo of the 70s and were, until they got all the way to the west coast then they, all of a sudden, need the 8, LOL.

Ronnie and Keith booked no losers around 77 when they worked their way to my part of the country. $20 games in bars were everywhere then. What if a sore losing shortstop wanted to play more on the big table? Oops.
 
Johnny Archer and Tony Ellin ran together for a while in the late 80's and early 90's . That was a tough pair.
