I Just Picked Up My Cue From Bob Dzuricky In Erie, Pa.
It Is Everything That I Was Hoping That It Would Be.
The But Has Not Been Cut & Lengthened, So It Remains A True Full Splice Cue.
The Balance & Hit Are Sweet.
I AM NEW AT POSTING SO I HOPE THE PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED.

Just what I thought. What's the reasoning behind it ?

seems to be a protector on top of the Ivory joint. I've seen this type of joint before from Ginacues (I Believe) It's actually a great Idea! Its reduced the weight impact on the Ivory joint.

I Had The Joint Done That Way For Looks Only.

Wanted Something Unique.

This is the look Slim wanted for his cue so I installed an ivory sleeve over a threaded black linen collar. It's a solid mechanical connection that gives the ivory a little more protection. And once the shaft is assembled, it isn't noticeable at all.

It's similar to the way Tony (Black Boar) sometimes reinforces his ivory over a SS collar.

Thank you, Tony

Slim, what a GREAT looking cue!! Bob did his usual great job and I'm 100% sure it plays as good as it looks!! I'm sure you'll enjoy playing with it for many years! I have a Dz cue also and have played with it all the time even though I have a dozen others! Bob is a great guy to work with and very talented and pays alot of attention to detail which makes the whole cue design and buying experience truly enjoyable. He is top shelf in my book and will jump thru hoops to be sure that the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend him if anyone is thinking of having that special cue made...he loves challenges! Good luck with your "new" cue!!

Nice

This cue is very well done. What type of material was used at the joint? Looks very sharp and I am sure it plays well. Good luck with your cue

NICE TO HEAR FROM YOU CURLY, WILL MISS YOU AT THE DCC THIS YEAR.

I AGREE WITH ALL YOUR INPUT ABOUT DEALING WITH BOB.
I HAVE A COUPLE MORE OLD TITLISTS THAT I MAY EVENTUALLY HAVE HIM CONVERT.
I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE A CUE MADE OR CONVERTED TO TAKE A LOOK AT HIS WEBSITE & GET A HOLD OF HIM.

My player he made for me I can't put down. I also have a sneaky he just finished for me a short bit ago. I am going to be aquiring a titlist and he is my man for the conversion. I am going to have it spec'ed out to exactly how he built my Brazilian Rosewood hoppe in my sig. This man is fantastic in what he does and that's why he keeps me coming back. I strongly urge anyone who is contemplating to give him a call and get something done. Check him out.

Hey, are you willing to part with one of those old titlist cues? Let me know. I'd have Bob make one for me just like yours!! Well, maybe, I'd like a lizard wrap on it though.
