Earl puts on the matching gogles that go with his snorkel.
Earl breaks and makes a ball....plays safe....Shane misses the kick.
Earl takes B-I-H.
Pockets the 4 goes around 3 rails the natural way for the 5-9 combo. Tough close contact long distance shot on the 5 that he leaves in jar of the corner pocket.
Shane needs to jump the ball but with no jump cue he does a slight rail first masse instead. He gets out. Crowd is really pulling for Shane.

Earl's gogles got too steamed up and he had to take them off.

Ok, for the new folks watching now.
Earl is wearing ear muffs (like you wear for shooting a gun).
He also is wearing an ankle weight on his left arm (dont ask me why)
And he is occasionaly pullling out his magnifying glass (think inspector Closseau) to examine the rack.
He does wear a shooting glove as well.
He is shooting with a 70 inch, 26 oz cue.

Shane is faced with the 7 on the rail and the 8 on the opposite rail with not much angle to work with so he plays a tricky safety.
Back and forth they go. Lots of distance safeties.
Shane goes for a hard shot on the 8, makes it, but has not shot on the 9 because it right by the side pocket. Plays another nice safety. This game could take a while.
