Earl is playing with a bazooka…15mm shaft, I think somebody said.

Wonder if it was made by Gulyassy.

Making me want to break out my tiny 14mm shaft to play with on Sunday.

i used to think 13mm was yuge,
now its my daily ball hittin size,

good to see him shooting without all that extra nonsense on his hand/arm though

How did warm ups go? Break 100? Unscored? Pfft, some one counted...

I watched some of it. It was an exhibition. He played one rack with a person who attended the event - 8 ball or 9 ball. Then he did some trick shots and showed some interesting shots Mosconi used to do in his exhibitions. Then signed autographs.

If he played 14.1 it was after I stopped watching.

Back in the 80's when I could really play 14.1 at a fairly high level(think short stop speed) I always tried to play good well thought out patterns
I would play a guy 14.1 that his pattern play was bad and I would just wince at his choice of shots.
But he had great fire power and made balls from all over the table.
He was really tough to beat.
Earl has great fire power.
