Earl's Break Cue & Grip/Wrap

doesnt earl have some kind of special grip/wrap over his Cuetec cue he breaks with? i was watching a tape of him playing 2-3 years ago, and it seemed to me like their was a different wrap other than the Veltec grip it comes with.

or did my eyes deceive me?

I remember seeing him with a blue wrap that looked like a product used by tennis players. It is called Tourna Grip.

Down in Vegas, I walked with him from a match and talked to him a little bit. Hes got some eccentric stuff going on. He tapes his fingers like a wrestler, wears a golf glove or a batting glove (couldnt figure which one) on his right hand. Cue glove on his left. Tennis racket tape on his cues....... but heres the thing..... he still shoots the lights out.
The only thing that ever beats Earl.... is Earl.
