ebay searing eight point

I've spoken to Dennis a few times at lenght about this cue... This cue is made out of some Asian blank, as stated by Dennis. The blank was brought to him by someone other then Parcia's backer, he was the 3rd owner. This was done early in his cuemaking career. This blank does not have the greatest veneer work, as stated by Dennis.. This cue doesn't do justice to the kind of work he is doing today.. Dennis is not happy everytime this cue surfaces..TATE said:

When I sold this cue to the seller almost a year ago he received the cue and then put a reverse on the paypal transaction because he wasnt happy....The only thing he wasnt happy with was paying for the cue because he wouldnt return the cue..He just wanted it for free...Rich Sluzalis would confirm this as I had him sell the cue...Luckily Dennis Searing helped me in the situation when the cue was sent to him for a minor blemish repair...Or I would have been out close to $2500 ...Beware of this seller he is a scam artist.......Thanks...Cosmo

Mr. Cosmo Solerno has committed a crime of libel here! It was just brought to my attention by someone with an objective mind, a person I do not even know, that this atrocity of lies and a shameless attack on my good reputation was going on here... not to mention this attack on me financially.
I do not respond to childish taunts during an auction on Ebay as I am sure none of you would if they were directed at you. Some people have no life and some just never grow up. I gave no importance to Jeff’s emails through Ebay (which I will be reporting along with this!) when he suggested that I saw the cue in half and that it was a message from Dennis Searing that he wishes me to do so, that the auction was a fraud, etc…..
If anyone wishes to contact Dennis, he will tell you that it was I who suggested that he keep the cue while Rich Slusalis badgered him with demands that the cue be sent back to him after the dispute with the bank was long canceled. All this after PayPal told him that he was getting his money in full!! The reason I would do this is because I have NOTHING TO HIDE! I gave Dennis all the proof he needed to know that I paid in full for it and that the money was going to Rich. I mailed him documents from my credit card Bank about the canceled dispute as well as from PayPal and Dennis mailed me the cue with his compliments about my integrity.
The dispute was only initiated after Rich refused to respond to any of my many calls and emails requesting small compensation for my having to send this cue to Dennis. He ignored the fact that one of the shafts was damaged and had to be sent to Dennis for restoration, which it was at our expense (mail costs - and that is all I wanted from Rich!). The shaft was made like new by Dennis free of charge as he felt bad that Rich lied to me when he sold me this cue by never telling me about this damage and that I had to go through such delays in getting this cue back because of Rich!
One more detail to give you a clearer picture… I was quoting Dennis Searing from his SIGNED letter which he sent me and which I sold with this cue! Also, I won the dispute based on facts that the cue was misrepresented to me at the time by Rich!… I decided that since Dennis offered kindly to make the cue right, I was going to accept that instead and invest in this cue. Therefore, I cancelled the dispute. I paid the agreed upon price for this cue and acted with honor. As you all can see, the same thing cannot be said of the people who have lied about me here.
“Scum?” Yes, you bet… only as so often happens in history of the world, it is these who cast the stones. Thank you for reading this and for taking the truth into consideration. You may want to rethink anything else these people say from now on and about doing any business with them in the future. It is obvious from one comment here that this libel has cost me money as well as time.
I am sure many here will have enough sense to know that there are always 2 sides to every story and this one has just surfaced its ugly head because it is obvious from this thread, that Rich and Cosmo did not want to see this cue sell successfully after they tried unsuccessfully to cheat me. Now they are trying to ruin my good reputation and hurt my business.
You can view my fine Feedback, which has included many cues sold to happy customers and bought from happy sellers on Ebay. I am well known and respected by Kenny Murell, Pete Tascarella, Joel Hercek, Barry Szambotti and many others in the billiards world as well as outside of it.
I earned my good reputation and I will not allow scoundrels and idiots to dirty it. Now you know “The Rest of the Story!”
PS. I was contacted with an offer of $3500.00 for this cue and possibly more if I wanted to talk about it further, but I turned it down, as it was too close to the end of the auction. It is ironic that bids were deflected by the above lies about me, while my integrity prevented me from closing this auction at "11th hour" for a fast buck.

Seems you are dead set to argue against the facts. It occurred to me, based on your persistent insults that perhaps you did not get your money from Rich as my money went to him in full. Since you asked him to sell this cue for you for some reason, why don't you take it up with him? I canceled the dispute, which I had won (based on documented facts) and paid in full for this cue as soon as Dennis promised to make it right out of the goodness of his heart. I have all emails and documents to support everything I said and I never attacked you.
It was you who attacked me publicly on this forum. I do not care about your reputation nor am I interested in attacking it. That seems to be your hobby. I also don't think much of your apology, manners nor your communication skill so far. Have a nice day.
