There are always two sides to every story!
Soon we'll here his side!

i just spoke to this gentleman and his side of the story says that you still owe him money.
I'm going to send this link to his email, so that he may have a fair chance to come forth and speak his peace, before you try yot ridicule his name and reputation.

First of all, thanks shotmaker for the help. It's a shame to know that there are people out there with nothing better to do.
If you will check my feedback at e-bay you will see that for the last six years it has been excellent except for a couple of bad seeds, this guy being one of them. I will be the first to admit that I am not the best at critiquing a used pool cue. I am certainly glad to work with someone though to try and get things to a mutual resolve. If customers like him don't get exactly what they want they throw a fit and fly off the handle. This is not any way to go into any situation. It was wrong and unfair for this person to slander me just because he is a hothead. Everyone knows the kind of person that I am talking about. This is not about money to me. I enjoy it and I would like to learn and get better. I love the game of pool and would never dishonor it. Respectfully and Regards to anyone else who loves this game.

Help Me Understand

I read this thread out of curiosity
The first poster said he did not get paid by someone who won his auction.
the second poster who must know the person he was talking about, said he talked to the gentleman. And the person said that the first person still owes the non paying person money. WHAT is that,How could the seller owe the buyer money,In most cases the buyer is supposed to give money to the seller. it seems to me people get in the way by talking about things and getting them twisted.
NOW the way i see it. if someone bids on items here or on ebay and wins, but don't pay or explain why they did not pay that person is in the wrong.
The person Roe must be the third party, and explained it like the seller was the buyer ?.

WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT

This person owes me money because he bid on my auction and never paid. He tried to turn it around by saying that I did not answer his e-mial. If I would have received the money, I would have mailed the cue. He bid on the auction and never paid. In the e-bay market he is considered a non-paying bidder. These are the worst. I have six years of excellent feeback. Not perfect, just excellent. It would be perfect if it was not for people like this. What is his feedback? 11 Also, if anyone knows Troy at All About The Game Room check with him and see what kind of customer I have been for the last two years. Thanks

#1 - YOU bid on MY auction and NEVER PAID, nor did you EVER respond to any of my requests for payment ... I filed a Non-Paying Bidder Dispute against you so I wouldn't have to pay Final Value Fees and re-listed the Cue ... It was sold and that bidder DID pay for the auction ... #2 - My User Name here IS NOT the same as ANY of my (4) eBay accounts (with hundreds of sales and stellar feedback), so YOU do not know who I am, unless your tiny piss-ant brain can remember ONE of the auctions you NEVER PAID FOR ... #3 - Except for Cuetip2, the rest of you must not be able to read and comprehend simple English or you would know that I am the one who was SCREWED and not this P.O.S. ...

See what I mean about hothead. You cannot deal with this person. Something needs to be done about this kind of behavior. I believe part of the rules for A to Z are to conduct yourself in a civil manor.

???

So both parties here are claiming bids were placed by both on items owned by both in which either payed.?! Just trying to understand this as well as everyone else I'm sure. Thanks

Not taking sides here, cause I don't know either of you. However, you have a lot of Negative Feedback, including one from a Seller stating that you didn't pay for an Item, which coincides with the OP.

I disagree that an occasional Negative is going to happen on Ebay. For example, my Feedback score is over 2500 with 100% Positive! You don't think I encountered some flakes along the way? Of course I did, but I took care of them too.

I've seen good people go through a rough period and have Negative from that. But yours is really spread out, from 2001 up to 6 months ago. That indicates a pattern to me.

1/50 Transactions will go bad with you, based on your own History. You focus on the 49 good ones. Personally, I don't like those odds. 2% will result in Negative FB? Wow! Those odds would give me 50 Negatives!

There's also a complaint specifically about a warped cue, and another about you not answering emails. Those are going to hit home in a community like this, with Red Flags everywhere.

FWIW, 98.1% Positive is NOT considered "Excellent". You're just 1/10th of 1% away from never being a PowerSeller, regardless of how much you sell.

So you may be a great guy to play pool with, but I'm not touching your Brick cue. And I'm probably the biggest Alex Brick Collector in the world!

And just to be clear - I'm not attacking you personally. It's your Feedback score that's in question here.

Did you not see all of the positive. The negatives that I have are people that were not willing to try and work it out. One of them still has a -1. I don't see how you can judge someone you don't even know. Also, you don't have all of the details. Some of these people were trying to buys items from behind e-bays back. I am not willing to do this. Just because you have 100 percent feedback does not mean that you are better than me, the way you are implying. It just means that you are better at this than me. Which is fine, but I'm trying to get better and when people fly off of the handle from the outset, it makes the process more difficult to me. Regards

If you really read his post - you can see it wasn't a personal attack on you. It was the feedback and pattern that is in question. Read it again and then maybe edit your reply. JMHO

I understand, but to me it felt like an attack. Maybe I'm just not very good at selling used cues. I work very hard to keep my feedback as good as I can.
