i read most of the post earlier, and from what i read i agree with dakota. if you guys got a near completely different cue than you CUSTOM ordered, then you would be in the same boat. dont knock a man because hes not with the fact that the respected cuemaker didnt make his cue to his specs. i would be very upset if i got one other than the one i ordered. the cue needs to be sold, so regardless of the fact that you are butthurt about what dakota said about steves work. i personally have never seen a lomax cue in person, so i canr judge, im just tired of seeing people bash someone else for not being happy. i could understand if they had not agreed on a refund, or if steve would have said as is for the cue, but thats not what happened. i understand that a few of you may have talked to steve on the phone, and think hes this super nice guy, but the reality is that you dont know him from me. im not saying hes not a super niv=ce guy, but for all you know he could be one of those cue makers that thinks his cues are the best thing to come off a lathe. yes dakota could have said a few things differently, but thats life. look, the bottom line is, you either want the cue or you dont, end of story. good luck with your sale.
