thats a great wrap, and for a great player-he had one heck of a year last year. I would like to see him 3 pete if JA dosent win the US Open.
Funny Mika story, I didnt know him at the Derby 2 years ago other than just "hello" when we would pass in the hall etc. Anyways I decide to go to the action room and check out the festivities for the evening and do some commentary, more like open mike because it wasnt a PPV and Its fun to read the chat and talk to people online and sweat a match. I really sucked at that the first few times I did it, now I still suck and dont care or am just more comfortable, HMMMM. So I'm sitting there and some guy I know has a jar with a clear red liquid in it, I was thursty and it was refreshing(Cherry moon Shine) and that aint booze its liquid drugs<----scintefic fact.
So I hit the Jar, I'm not a drinker and it isnt booze so what the heck. About then Mika comes up, I was a little lose and introduced myself and asked him if he was into regonal beverages-he was drinking wine and knew where the vinyard was. So I explained that this marviolous red beverage is only avaliable in a very small region in America(never try and mail it-we almost learned that the hard way). Mika was already a few glasses of wine into the night, he hit the jar 3 times hard at my request, 15 minutes later we were sharing a chair(it was very crowded) and we werre smushed into the booth, we had a mike going. I moved the mike and said lets do some commentary real commentary on the match, he agreeded so for about what seemed about 30 minutes we were doing our very best commentary-then Chad said (well I cant say exactly what he said) but the camera table was not the table that we were doing commentary on. We did commentary on the wrong table, I wonder what the hell people at home thought, man did we laugh.
Moving foward I know Mika good these days and we awalys get a laugh out of that night, man that was fun, I was jarred up and somehow ended up playing races to 5 or 6 for something like $5000-$7000 until 10 am, I never made 3 balls in a row, I cant play when I'm on the jar. I counted my $$$ and somehow was only down $4000, so I must have had some winners in there too, I was betting on everything scooter was betting on-I think. Mika was DOA when he got to his room. what a night,
