Who woulda thunk: DAZN let me cancel my subscription, with 10 months to go, for a $20 fee. That will save me $80 of the $100 I was locked in to spend after resigning a one-year plan in November.
Credit to DAZN, I guess.
Took a little effort. As I said, I was planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That did the trick. Right after I filed a complaint, the BBB sent a notice to DAZN and DAZN responded within hours!
As a result, I just signed a one-year subscription with WNT.TV.

Hello,
I re-upped for a one-year subscription in November assuming DAZN would be carrying Matchroom pool for another year.
Instead, Matchroom ended pool coverage with DAZN in December and I will no longer be able to see pool on DAZN in 2025.
I think DAZN should cancel my annual subscription. I am paying for services no longer available to me.
If you look at my past usage of DAZN, all I watched was pool. I do not watch other events on DAZN.

Upon checking your account registered with
the jbart65@gmail.com email address, I could see that the cancellation request has been submitted, which has disabled the auto-renewal option.
With the existing Monthly Saver installment plan, you will continue to be billed for the duration of your 12-month contract, and the subscription will expire on 12-11-2025, after which you won’t be charged for the subscription.

After I complained to BBB, I got this response:

We completely understand your concern and would like to inform you that your subscription is 12-month contract. In order to terminate the contract, you need to pay 20 USD on 01-12-2025 to terminate subscription. Please let us know your confirmation.
