Who made the joint protectors?
No choice but to sell this beauty I have been sitting on for a little bit now.
Curly maple and Cocobolo Handle (Cocobolo is very light and unique)
3/8-10 brass pin with custom joint protectors
58 inches
phenolic joints and butt cap
2 Shafts 13mm Kamui and Mori tips
19 oz
Scallops in handle (most amazing thing I have seen in person)
Perfect rings at all positions
Cue is the nicest hitting cue I have ever hit with. Test hit only on one shaft the other has less than 10 racks on it. I also have a OB-2 shaft for sale with light lay that is 3/8-10 will throw it in for a good deal on a package.
1950.00 shipped in the USA International may be extra 2050.00 with the OB-2
Thanks guys for looking
PM if you are interested

I am no expert, but it does not look like cocobola to me:embarrassed2:
Thats what I thought when I bought it... It was bought on here and was described as Cocobolo. Im no expert either... It sure is pretty though Eric Crisp is my fav cue maker by far
I was thinking the exact same thing. Sweet cue though, including the JPs!May be it is quilted bubinga. Hope Eric will chip in here.
I am close to 99.99% sure that this is not cocobola.
The handle looks like it could be figured bubinga to me.
It's bubinga. One of my favorite designs, too. A good mix of a P/J with some petite splicing to give another dimension of character. Something about it reminds me of a woman. It's got rich color, beautiful figure & soft but evident curves, all wrapped up in a package meant to get the job done. Cues are fun![]()
