I woke up this morning and was perusing my old posts and found this one and it was so satisfying to see those large bold red letters I had to share them one more time.

Europe does rock and so do their players, no doubt about it but this time Europe GOT ROCKED. :smile:

and for all European semis they had to eliminate the Filipinos! The Brits play strong 8-Ball, that's the first game they learn (English pool). No wonder they performed great in IPT. Our wonder boy Chinakhov made good work also :) I just wonder how come a new European 8-Ball champion Stepanov wasn't playing??? Hallo, WPA! Something is wrong there.

I just got through reading the replies to this thread again and it looks to me like Berry and Smokingpancake bit off a little bit more than they could chew. The points they made were flat, given to enuendo, false reporting, and name calling. We Americans take a back seat to no one, no way, no how. The reason we are as strong as we are is because we have the biggest hammer. Always have had, always will have. GBA.

I don t care about things like that- sure i ll create some patriotism if i watch happenings like mosconi-cup. Sure you could show up just statistics and numbers like how many players are in the USA and that few in europe ( laughable imo). But for sure the USA is still the mother of Pool-Billiards- what perhaps would be, and might be......makes no sense to think about.
USA and Europe have both many champions. But the average level in the USA is still higher in my opinion (average! not just talkin about the best 20 players or so).

Roy, I'm not disagreeing with you about Europe not rocking. It's a beautiful place, filled with beautiful countries.
Sadly, however, Ferry and Swinehundt took this thing to a whole different level and got there butts bar-b-qued, and were then reduced to slanderous name calling. Shameful.
I personally think they should spend more time helping their parents with the lawsuit against the condom company, but that's just my opinion. Anyway, it's a beautiful sunny day here in the Ozarks, peace to all. :)
