I could have warned you about him. He had to change his Ebay Id awhile back because of all of his NEGATIVE feedback. He use to use some of the same ugly language in his feedback when others would leave him negative feedback. Sorry you had to get hooked up with him.

Vass, It sounds like this guy is really mad at you. Did you remember to say 'please' and 'thank you' ?

It's funny how these truly psychotic people can compose such a truly psycho-sounding email - something you or I couldn't create no matter how hard we tried. I think this one is the psycho's equivalent of a sane person's really deep thought.

(stop payment and forget he exists)
 
My worst experience on eBay was from the hands of Marty. Luckily, I never completed the deal because I found out the cue was not as described before completing it (& I want to thank the cuemaker for his imput). He went nuts and send me multiple emails similar to what you posted. It was a very uncomfortable experience to say the least. I would cancel the check just in case.
 
never heard any GOOD dealings with Marty..... he gets alot of nice stuff but i would never deal with him....

Sorry you had to deal with that.

He called me last night and asked if I had any interest in the cue and told me about not receiving your check. From the sound of these posts I am glad that I wasn't interested in the cue.

Hope he doesn't bother you any more.

I'm a gentleman and would say an apology.
I'd never react on the bad with bad but he got me out of my nerves.

Now a little after I'd say Marty I apologize I'm destroying your reputation on az but you never had one so......
I cancelled the check and wish you best of luck with the sale of that cue.

He is a class act:rolleyes: The bottom of the barrel when it comes to dealing cues.What he has is GOLD & your cues are sub-standard:eek:
He has tried to give me a screwing more than once .
I have some James White cues that he is hot to buy ,I got them from someone him & I both know.
My agreement with my friend is that when the cues are too be sold they can NEVER go to him!!!:D :D
We would rather use them to hold up a tomato plant, than let Marty get them!:p
By the way he has been booted out of so many pool halls one could never count.He is a Known jack*$$ in these parts, a typical legend in his own mind.
I let every person know the stunts he has pulled to the people I know ,when I talk about cues with them .Just to get the word out.
Run as far away & as fast as you can from him!!

Vass you are a 100% class act!and nothing but a true gentleman, must have been extreme to get you upset?Vass is a man of his word.and if he said he sent a check I would stake my rep on it!!the pool world needs more guys like him! God bless Bill
 
vass, you are a very honest person. for those that don't know, i had a great deal with vass. i sent him a cue to look at and he bought it. he paid in two installments even tho he had the cue and he was great. never did i worry at all, he kept his word. if vass said the check went out, i would stand behind that 100 percent.
