Extended version of Reds Tournament Video

Yes, that was Richie "From The Bronx" Ambrose at the beginning. On the sidelines I also saw Eddie Taylor and our beloved Freddy. Edgar "Shake 'n Bake" White made one brief appearance and Gabby had his half smile on there.

I played a One Pocket match with Grady there, but didn't see myself. I was probably hanging onto my cue when he was shooting.

Vicki Paski and Julie Hunter are seen as well. Did you see the Imperial Lizards one brief appearance? And that was Shelly, Louie's beautiful wife. They lived with me in L.A. for two months shortly after this. And that's Cecil who never took off his Red's T-shirt the whole time.

Also one shot of Jimmy Marino, the destroyer of many road men's bankrolls.

Thanks for the memories

These were definitely "the goold old days". Watching that brings back a lot of memories of friends that have past, and some people that I have not seen in a very very long time. Thanks to Mike and Bill for making these pictures available for everyone to enjoy.

At ??:?? of the video, that's me in the right side of the picture in the blue jacket... lol... It's funny, today my son Shane is about my age when that picture was taken. Its amazing how much we look alike and stand alike - the posture is the same - spooky! lol... damn I feel old!

:p

Thanks Lenny, I enjoyed the music - rep to you!

Nice job on the video! Now you have a real piece of pool history there. If you want to kill a few more hours, you could make a second version where you insert the names of the players on some of the images.:D

Dave,

I'll bet you noticed that image YOU are in!:) You ought to offer a prize (autographed photo?) to the first person to correctly identify the shot you are in.

Ok...
First one to identify me gets a free autographed copy of Lesson In 9 Ball.

I'll edit my original post to make it tougher.

FWIW, in the picture I'm 50 pounds lighter and 23 years younger. lol

I happen to have a large poster of the tourney signed by Jersey Red. Anyone need a copy, I have made a smaller 8 x 10 version.
