Eye Shafts? endorsed by Scott Frost...

I don't know who Dale Teague is and have never met him but I had a chance to review two of his custom cues.

The two cues that I've look over were high quality and great playing cues. Jose Parica used to play with one until it was stolen and I have one SW style cue that I sold to friend and he loves the way the cue plays. The shaft selection on these cues were really nice and very high quality. I would think his new shaft would be the same if not better.

Good Luck with the new product and keep the quality up there.

Regards,
Duc.

I listened to what Scott had to say about the shafts and visited the website for their explanation as well. I wish them success. Over the years I have played with shafts full of B/E, never noticed any real difference, and have listened as cue maker after cue maker told why this is not a good idea. Maybe they discovered something everyone else has overlooked. It also makes me wonder about sick curly shafts as well.

It's funny with birdeyes shaft...some are really good and some are not so good...probably still have to do with how straight the grain are plus weigh. I'm sure these guy must have found the formula or parameter for one that would play good. As for all the sick curly shafts that I ever play with....all of them have being awesome...especially if they are tight straight grain as well.

Duc.

im interested, i hope i get some feedback about these shafts soon

Ive sold a bunch of birdseye shafts (That I have made) on here over the last year or so. Everyone who bought one liked them as far as I know. I play with a lightly figured one on my cue and really like the hit.......my 02 cents.....Dave

Dale is a Cuemaker in Phoenix, who was in the Seattle Area before moving to the Valley of the Sun. looks like the Eye Shaft Address is TEAGUES SHOP. FYI Scott has been playing with a TEAGUE MADE SHAFT for a long time.
