Eyeglasses slipping down on your nose?

I've found a way to keep my glasses up high on my nose so I can bend low when aiming.

It's a product called Wedgees that slip on to the end of the arm of the glasses and keep them from falling down. They're cheap, very comfortable, easy to carry in your case or pocket and they work great for me. Better than having to carry a second pair of adjustable shooting glasse and better than having an elastic strap across the back of the head and the glasses being pulled up against your face. .

I've been applying sticky tack to my nose to keep glasses in place. In a pinch, bubble gum works too... but chewing gum is worthless.
 
I think this product has been around for a long while... the news footage has got to be from the 80's... take a look at the keyboard that newsperson is typing on! (and a 12 inch monitor, yikes!)

Yep... been around for a while and after two days of experimenting with mine I can't understand why they aren't available everywhere or why I've never heard of them prior to a week ago. They work great for me!!
 
Part of my shot routine is to push up my glasses and then get down on the shot. When and if I don't do that I usually miss.
 
I ordered some wedgees today through paypal. I hate how I have to keep adjusting my lenses.

Something about contact lenses freak me out... I don't like the idea of putting something in my eye like that, and having to take it out etc... I can understand why players such as Karen Corr wear the big glasses...

It also gives me sympathy for people with bifocals... as I bend low on a shot, and have the double vision(one above the glasses, and the other w/ the glasses) I'm just like what view should I use... Its strange as I didn't get glasses until my freshman year in high school(I'm thirty now) and was always an above average basketball player without glasses/contacts. After receiving glasses I continued to play basketball without glasses. I can see the ball, and the difference in colors of jerseys... so everything was cool... cause the rim never moves. Now I started shooting pool right when I was prescribed glasses.... and with pool it seems to be a whole other story... or ar least a good escape goat. :)
 
You guys that wear glasses (like me) might want to consider an adjustment..I take mine in to LensCrafters about twice a year and they do a free adjustment on them...:)
